Yeah you might get lucky depending on the market but you certainly won’t be happy if that luck doesn’t come your way. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it based on costs. Plus, the often bill for unnecessary cleanings like carpet cleanings, deep cleans, extra. Some members even complained to me about an additional $200-$300, sometimes $500-$1k in cleaning costs. You might think “well they must’ve done something to do deserve it”. In some cases sure, but also not a good portion of the time.
I worked for them as a cleaner for nearly a year. They pay per job and often pay cleaners well below the national average with no gas reimbursement. Constant communication issues between cleaners, members and HQ which often lead to 30 min – 2 hr delays before cleanings even start, which results in delays for you guys.

Places can be furnished which is perfect for a lot of situations, and you’re not locked in for any certain amount of time – you can do a month or a year or whatever you choose. You also have 7 days to try a place out and if it doesn’t meet your standards, you can get out without being penalized and then either get refunded or choose another place.

If you want to book a new unit that isn’t already installed, try to book 3+ weeks in advance. If you book within 2 weeks of wanting to move into a brand new unit, Landing most likely will not be able to get it ready in time. If that happens, you should be given options to either change your move-in date or move into another existing Landing somewhere nearby until your apartment is ready. I had a terrible experience with Landing since January.. My issues were not resolved until i sent them a letter of demand to take them to court…
Beyond that, Landing tried to somehow convince me that it wasn’t their fault for the Odor and are threatening to evict me from my new place. I find it extremely petty and unreasonable how Landing has treated me and would urge others to stay away from this unethical company and use other means for short term stays. So it’s pretty much like Airbnb but instead of working directly with the owner, you work with the company and the company rents out these apartments for you. Washer/dryer was one of the WORST nightmare for us. When we eventually did get the washer/dryer , they didn’t even BOTHER plugging in the washer properly and told us we’ll have to contact building maintenance and have them do it…. Completely forgot to mention these washer dryers are disgustingly old.
