In 2003, the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association recognized Andrew for his volunteer service with the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office following the September 11, 2001 attacks. In 2014, Andrew was selected by the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce as its Citizen of the Year. Noe was an amazing Dad and adored his three children. He was fun-loving and had a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and coworkers.
