The flair of this business, you’d think they’d had a server to seat you. So beware you have to find your own table. I think that’s the only bust with this restaurant. Step through the door and you’ll be immediately welcomed as family and hope you’ll feel the love in every bite. Most days, you’ll find ash behind the counter and Biebs heading up the grill.
I had the Redhawk smash burger with Banger fries. Wife had the old fashioned smash burger with regular fries. Our peanut butter smashburger is a long-time favorite for anyone who has it. The list of ingredients may look kind of odd when you read it, but it’s that perfect combination of salt and sweet and all the good spice. Second to that would be our garlic parmesan fries.

We do fries with a garlic aioli and just a ton of fresh parm on top. People get really excited when they come out. Nice location in Goshen and a great setting.
