I have been a sun tan city member for about 2 years. The only time I have issues with them is regarding money (Either them pushing products on the client’s or upgrading etc). Keep in mind I have been a regular customer with them. The only serious issue i’ve had is regarding my cancellation. I am moving to florida in 2 days and went in to cancel my membership so I won’t be charged the full month for a service I won’t be able to use.
